Enhanced Safety
Cleaning the exterior of your jet is crucial for maintaining its safety. Dirt, debris, and contaminants can affect the performance of aerodynamic surfaces like wings and tail sections. Regular washing and thorough cleaning remove these substances, helping to ensure optimal aerodynamic efficiency and reducing the risk of performance issues during flight. Polishing the metal surfaces also helps in identifying and addressing minor scratches or damage, which can prevent more serious problems and ensure the structural integrity of the aircraft.
Our services:
Wet wash: The entire aircraft is washed using an aviation-approved cleanser.Dry wash: The aircraft is then squeegeed and wiped dry, taking special care of the windows.Wax and polish: Depending on the condition of the metal, various grades of polishing compound are used to remove built-up oxidation and erosion. This process can be repeated several times until a clear, mirror-like finish is achieved.Ceramic coating: Optional ceramic coating can be applied to the entire aircraft for enhanced protection and a glossy finish, lasting up to 18 months.Complete aircraft inspection: This includes all metal surfaces (spinner heads, exhaust stacks, engine inlets, vertical/horizontal stabilizers, and wing surfaces) to assess the aircraft's condition.Protection of painted surfaces: Protect and cover painted surfaces adjacent to bright work to prevent staining. Protect and cover windows, ports, static wicks, and sealant lines to avoid contact with polishing materials.Hand cleaning of landing gear: Wheels, struts, actuators, and the entire surface of the gear wells are hand-cleaned with state-of-the-art products to avoid removing lubrication from the different joints and wheel bearings, and to ensure that no sensors or electrical wiring are damaged.
